Attorney Scott Taylor joined the Law Office of John Michael Bailey in 2005. He was raised in Nashville, Tennessee, where he attended Father Ryan High School. He then graduated from the University of the South, otherwise known at Sewanee University, where he majored in non-Western history and graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree. After graduating from the University of Memphis School of Law in 1988, he worked for several insurance companies in the area of claims. These companies included CNA, General Accident, and Allstate Insurance.
He began to practice law in 1995 with Luther, Anderson, PLLC. in Chattanooga, Tennessee, for approximately one year before moving to Memphis. At that time, he began practicing law as a Litigation Attorney for Allstate Insurance Company.
In his free time, Scott enjoys playing golf, reading, fishing, exercising, and watching the History Channel. He also contributes a great deal of time to various Catholic charities in Memphis.
